1. Who we are
MONAFORGE is the trading name of MONASTYRSKYI AI, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (ENK), organisation number 937 724 594. Our address is Nedre Hammarlia 13B, 8026 Bodø, Norway.
For the activities described on this page, the data controller is MONASTYRSKYI AI unless we process a customer's caller or lead data on that customer's documented instructions. In that service, the customer is normally the controller and MONASTYRSKYI AI is the processor.
Privacy contact: vlad@monaforge.com.
2. Information we collect
- Purchase and contact forms: your name, business, business email, selected package, requirements, page/source information and the time and wording of your acknowledgement.
- Website chat demo: the messages you enter, a random session identifier and technical information needed to operate and protect the chat. The transcript is sent to MONAFORGE only if you open the lead form and choose to submit it.
- Voice demo: your telephone number, call time and duration, voice, transcript or recording where enabled, and the information you choose to provide during the call.
- Business enquiries and customers: correspondence, business contact details, order choices, contracts, invoices, support requests and service records.
- Business prospecting: professional contact details and business information made public on a business website or provided directly to us.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser or device information, request logs and anti-abuse records. The purchase-form IP is used for a short-lived rate limit and is not included in the lead sent to our workflow.
3. Why we use it and our lawful bases
- Answering a request and preparing an order: to take steps you ask us to take before a contract.
- Providing and supporting a purchased service: to perform our contract with the customer.
- Operating demos, preventing abuse and securing systems: our legitimate interests in demonstrating, operating and protecting a B2B service.
- Relevant B2B prospecting: our legitimate interest in introducing MONAFORGE to businesses that may reasonably benefit, subject to applicable direct-marketing rules and the right to object.
- Invoices, accounting, regulatory requests and legal claims: legal obligations and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.
- Optional activity that legally requires consent: consent, which may be withdrawn for future processing at any time.
4. AI and automated processing
The website chat and voice demos use AI to respond, collect and organise enquiry details. They do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you. Customer-facing systems are configured so a business owner or authorised team member decides what to do with a lead.
Demo inputs may be sent to an AI service to produce a reply, transcript or summary. We do not use website demo conversations to make eligibility, credit, employment or other high-impact decisions.
5. Who receives information
We use suppliers only where needed for the relevant feature. Categories include:
- website hosting, security and AI routing providers, including Vercel for this website and its live chat route;
- CRM, voice AI and communications providers used for the live phone demo and contracted customer services, including HighLevel/LeadConnector and the providers used by the configured route;
- workflow and email providers, including Make and Google Workspace, for submitted purchase requests and business communications;
- accounting, legal, insurance or regulatory advisers where reasonably necessary; and
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
MONAFORGE is established in Norway and serves UK businesses. The UK recognises the EEA, including Norway, as adequate for data-transfer purposes. Some service providers may process information in the United States or other countries.
Where an applicable transfer is not covered by adequacy, we rely on an approved safeguard made available by the relevant provider, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable Data Privacy Framework certification. You may request more information from our privacy contact.
7. How long we keep information
- Unsuccessful purchase enquiries and submitted chat summaries: normally up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Demo call recordings and transcripts: normally up to 30 days unless needed for an active enquiry, security investigation or legal claim.
- Structured demo lead details: normally up to 90 days unless they become part of a customer or contract record.
- Customer, contract, invoice and accounting records: for the service period and then as required by Norwegian accounting, limitation and tax rules.
- Security logs: for the shortest period reasonably needed for abuse prevention, incident response and provider operations.
- Customer caller data processed as a processor: according to the signed order, DPA and the customer's documented instructions.
8. Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to its use. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send a request to vlad@monaforge.com. We may need limited information to verify your identity. If the data belongs to a MONAFORGE customer's caller, we may send the request to that customer as controller.
You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). For matters governed by UK data-protection law, you may also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
