Terms for this website and its demos.

These terms govern use of monaforge.com, the website chat and the public inbound demo number. Purchased services use a separate signed B2B agreement, order form and DPA.

Submitting a form does not purchase a service or create a contract. MONAFORGE will confirm scope, price, setup, data handling and acceptance terms by email before either party is committed.

1. Operator and scope

This website is operated by MONASTYRSKYI AI, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (ENK), organisation number 937 724 594, trading as MONAFORGE, of Nedre Hammarlia 13B, 8026 Bodø, Norway.

The website is intended for businesses and people acting for business purposes. These terms do not replace any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Demonstrations

  • The website chat and demo telephone number are demonstrations of AI-assisted inbound lead intake, not emergency, professional or dispatch services.
  • Alex is an AI assistant. Replies, summaries and classifications may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked by a person before anyone relies on them.
  • The phone demo is inbound only: it runs when you choose to call the published demo number. The website does not request an automated outbound demo callback.
  • Use fictional information where possible. Do not submit payment credentials, passwords, identity numbers, health details or other sensitive information.
  • A demo does not prove that a particular integration, number route, language, industry rule or workflow is available for a live customer. Those details are confirmed before an order.

3. Purchase requests, prices and availability

Website packages, calculators, examples and starting prices are invitations to discuss an order. They are not an offer capable of automatic acceptance. Final price and scope may change where the requested number, usage, integration, provider approval, taxes or custom work differs from the published assumptions.

A service order is formed only when both parties accept the written order documents and any required initial payment is received. MONAFORGE may decline a request that cannot be delivered lawfully, safely or through the available provider route.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or demos to:

  • break any law, violate another person's rights or impersonate another person or business;
  • send unlawful marketing, threats, abusive material, malware, automated traffic or attempts to bypass message and rate limits;
  • test emergency, healthcare, financial, legal or other high-risk scenarios using real sensitive personal information;
  • probe, reverse engineer, disrupt or obtain unauthorised access to the website, models, prompts, accounts or provider systems; or
  • use AI output as professional advice or as the sole basis for a legal or similarly significant decision.

We may restrict access needed to protect people, systems, providers or legal compliance.

5. Intellectual property

MONAFORGE and its licensors own the website design, copy, software, workflows, prompts, demonstrations and branding, except for third-party names and materials belonging to their owners. You may view and use the site for evaluating MONAFORGE, but may not copy, sell, scrape or republish a substantial part without written permission.

6. Availability and third parties

The website and demos depend on internet, telephony, AI and hosting providers. We aim to keep them available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy notices apply.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and free demos are provided as available and without a guarantee of leads, bookings, revenue, accuracy, response time or suitability for a particular business. MONAFORGE is not responsible for a decision made solely from demo output or for indirect or consequential business loss arising from use of the free site or demos.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability for a purchased service is governed by the signed customer agreement.

8. Privacy, law and changes

Use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.

These website terms are governed by Norwegian law. Norwegian courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that applies. Purchased services may contain a separate governing-law clause agreed in writing.
